Unilag Students Protest the Change of Name from UNILAG to MAULAG

On Tuesday May 29, students at the University of Lagos (UNILAG), one of Nigeria’s most prestigious universities, protest a decision by President Goodluck Jonathan to rename the university after deceased politician, Moshood Kashimawo Abiola. Mr. Karo Ogbinaka, Chairman of the UNILAG Chapter of the Academic Staff Union of Universities speaks against the change of UNILAG to MAU by President Jonathan.
